Growing and well-established company in Indiana has an excellent opportunity available for a Plant Manager.  This position will manage 100+ employees.  The Plant Manager will manage production, maintenance safety, training, and other areas of the plant.  The position will also be responsible for budgeting, costing, OSHA, EPA, machinery, scheduling and workflow.  This position offers a very competitive base salary, bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements:

Job Requirements

•          Bachelor’s degree would be a plus, but not required.
•          Must have at least five years of experience in Plant Management, Operations Management, Production Management, or Manufacturing Management.
•          Experience in manufacturing is a must.
•          A background in packaging, flexible packaging, injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming, polymers, blown film, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, polypropylene or thermoplastics would be a plus.
