A well established, outstanding company has an excellent opportunity available in the Phoenix, AZ area for an Operations Manager. This position will be involved in manufacturing management, plastic injection molding, equipment installation, process improvements, quality control, and KPI’s.

• Must have a BS degree.
• Must have at least five years of experience in operations management or plant management.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis and DOE’s is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in plastics injection molding is a must.
