Function:

As a Sales Engineer, you will execute the sales strategy within an assigned region to drive revenue growth, in a position based in our Elgin, IL office. This role will require a good working knowledge of Rubber Molded and Extruded Products. We expect you to represent the company in all sales-oriented activities. This includes working with existing OEM customers on new product development and product improvement. In addition, the Sales Engineer is responsible for growing our customer base. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in their success using our products.
