A large and growing company in the plastics packaging industry has an exciting opportunity available for a Regional Sales Manager.  This position will cover the Texas and Oklahoma areas.  The position can be based in either Texas or Oklahoma.  This is a home-based position.  This position will be involved in key account management, new business development, strategic planning, relationship building, new product introductions and pricing.  This position offers a very competitive base salary, bonus potential, car allowance and comprehensive benefits.

• Must have at least five years of experience in Sales Account Management, New Business Development, Key Account Management and Packaging.
• This position requires 50% or more travel.
• BS degree is preferred.
• Experience in plastics packaging, blow molding, thermoforming, injection molding, caps & closures, thermoplastics or food packaging is preferred.
• Experience working with distributors would be a big plus.
