Well established company in the plastics machinery industry has an excellent opportunity available for a President.  The company is looking for a visionary leader capable of furthering its growth and to build upon its history of innovation.  The ideal President will have at least ten years of experience in leading a plastic’s industry manufacturing company.  We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the business forward, enhance the culture, create a strong team environment with accountability at the core, and drive financial performance and value creation.

The President has the responsibility o develop a vision/strategy and is responsible for the overall management and operation of the organization.  The President focuses on financial performance and key metrics, long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies routinely exercising discretion and independent judgement in the performance of job duties.  The President is responsible for the overall effectiveness and fiscal integrity of the company.

The successful candidate is a mature, strong, energetic, and creative leader who will provide strategic direction while embracing opportunities for new initiatives and entrepreneurial development.  The President is responsible for all internal operations and external relationships articulating the compelling mission and vision to all stakeholders.  You will be responsible for executing the company’s strategy, putting procedures and resources in place to promote scaling, and optimize inefficient areas in the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing business.
• Strong preference for plastic’s industry experience; particularly in the injection and extrusion molding equipment markets.
• Experience in improving and driving financial performance and value creation in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in P&L management, cash/balance sheet optimization, operational improvements, strategic planning and team building.
