My Fortune 500, Milwaukee, WI based client needs you! They are looking to add a talented Project Manager to work with the Program Management Office, Information Technology Group and Internal Audit to develop and manage project plans addressing internal controls.

Primary Duties will include:

Determining resources required to deliver on the actions and phases for completing deliverables and creating multiple project plans based on priorities and investment needed to complete.

Coordinating the development, consolidation and subsequent tracking of project plans.

Consolidating and proactively monitoring key issues and risks and ensuring appropriate risk avoidance and mitigation strategies are employed.

Communicating program charter, defining staffing needs, allocation and management of the use of project resources, and establishing the team environment and communication standards.

Informing project participants and stakeholders of plan or schedule deviations, anticipated project dependencies and milestone attainments.

Educating and/or training new project team members as needed to ensure consistency of approach and knowledgebase.

Assisting project team leads and/or team members in defining acceptance criteria for program deliverables, estimating effort, planning activities and negotiating consensus among individual team members on their tasks.

Coordinating schedules, deliverables and communications with external auditors.

In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring the status of the SOX compliance program and reporting back to the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Program Management Office and other stakeholders as needed via regular progress reporting and by organizing and managing status meetings.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
• 6+ years of project management experience
• PMP or similar certification
• Strong facilitation skills
• Expertise with Microsoft Project
• Experience with working as a member/team lead in a fast pace, results driven environment

Professional Experience:

• Experience with SOX, Internal Controls and SAP (desired)
• Knowledge of COSO and COBIT

My client is looking for a Programmer/Analyst  to join their organization.  Develop leadership within project teams, provide a strong level of guidance and coaching for other developers on corporate standards (best practices, version control), provide significant consultation to Application Architects on the features/functions of the SharePoint platform in terms of project requirements.  Will also participate in production implementations, providing testing support, and support of end-users in a tiered escalation support model (third tier).  Excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate for this position should have 3+ years experience developing, testing, and supporting an enterprise-class installation of SharePoint Portal and 4-5 years experience developing on Microsoft.NET based platforms.  Four plus years experience using supporting technologies, specifically Internet Information Server, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Windows SharePoint Services 2003 (WSS), Microsoft Content Manager Server 2002, and Microsoft Search/Indexing technology is required.  The candidate should also have 3-4 years experience in ASP.NET, .NET Framework (1.1, 2.0) C# and 3+ years designing, developing, and testing .NET based SharePoint Web Parts.  Additionally, strong working knowledge of Virtual Server/Virtual PC, Active Directory and DNS is a Plus.

My client is looking for a Database Analyst to join their organization.  Coordinates and consults with information systems personnel to design and maintain client's database management systems to ensure maximum effectiveness of database application systems.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.  Four (4) or more years as a Programmer Analyst with strong database knowledge, or two (2) or more years as a Programmer Analyst combined with two (2) or more years as a Database Analyst.  

Knowledge of the functions and capabilities of the database management systems software and utilities.  Ability to solve complex database problems.  Ability to translate and communicate technical information effectively.  Ability to develop solutions to complex database systems.
