Major corporation is searching for a Sr. Human Resources Representative for their Northeast Ohio location.  Candidate MUST currently live in the Cleveland/Northeast Ohio area - No Relocation offered.  Implements and administers all HR policies, procedures and programs for a plant or one or more business operations or administrative sites.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of employment law and labor relations strategies.
• General knowledge of jobs associated with the manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of compensation, benefits, safety, training and work force planning principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in standard office software applications.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to manage to a budget.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills.
• Bachelors degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business or related field.

Experience:

• Three years related experience or any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
